Researching logo's and motif's

I have been researching different logo's and motif's which I will be using to create my own artist logo for the advertisement and the Digi-pak. I found that usually the artists name is used in the logo along with different shapes based on the genre of their music for example "The Beatles" used the name of their band as the logo but making "the" smaller than "Beatles" also lengthening some of the letters such as the "B" and the "T".
Many of the artists logo's I found were rock artists which lead me to only search for the genres which Ed Sheeran sings.

The acoustic genre:

I have screenshot what came up in google when I searched "acoustic artist logos". As shown Ed Sheerans logo actually comes up in the search again using his name in a specific font with a paw print next to it.

The pop genre:

This is Rihanna's logo it is the first letter of her name which is common in logos to find the logo I searched in google "Rihanna logo". It is a plain simple colour and shape which i found in most pop artist logos.

Justin Bieber is another pop artist which I searched in google again only searching "Justin Bieber logo" then to find that his logo is just his name in plain black capital letters all the same size.

Lady Gaga is another pop artist who I searched in google, I searched "Lady gaga logo". The font isn't as simple as the earlier logo but it is still a plain colour, black.

The folk genre:

Ed Sheeran is also a folk artist which made me search "folk singers logos" in google. I have screenshot what came up in my search and I found that again plain colours and fonts were used and that the logos are again mainly the names of the bands or artists.
